We don't wanna break up either! You can always reach out if you need support with your site after launch. If you choose to engage with our ongoing support via an hourly agreement, you will be able to make support requests that we will accommodate as we can. We will track time spent on your support requests and bill you monthly at our current hourly rate of $180/hr.

If you choose our retainer option, you'll be billed a flat monthly charge for support corresponding with a certain number of hours which you will choose.

• 5 hours at $150/hr
• 10 hours at $120/hr
• 15 hours at $110/hr
• 20 hours at $100/hr

Retainers are a great option because we guarantee availability, whereas our hourly support may vary depending on other projects and demands on our team.

• Retainers are available as 3, 6, 9, or 12 month contracts. 
• 10% of the booked hours can roll over into the following month, but not the month after that. 
• Hours unused at the termination of the retainer are forfeited. 
• Hours completed in excess of the retainer amount are billed at the retainer rate.
• Retainer paid at the beginning of each month on autopay.

What can I do in a retainer?

• Anything website related task you can think of! We often do a mix of design, development, app set up, data entry support and more in any given month.

How fast can you do things for us?

• 48-hour turnaround on non-planned, non-urgent requests.
• Same-day turnaround on emergencies, within reason.

What kind of communication will we have?

• A scheduled monthly meeting to prioritize requests.
• End-of-month reports on how hours were spent.
• We will create a shared collaborative document (via Trello) where you can add prioritized requests with notes, deadlines, etc.
• The Basis team is happy to be added into your Slack channel or other tool for quick communication, if preferred.
